Consult

From your first interaction with TD Smart Homes, we want it to be clear this is all about you and your home. During your no-obligation consultation, your TD Smart Homes representative will review your property with you and talk about your project. They’ll conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to help identify exactly what you’re looking for and share some ideas of our past designs to help spark your imagination and your visualization of what we can achieve for you.

Design

Once we have a clear picture of what you’re looking for, we’ll work to design the most effective and cost efficient system which will be designed specifically for your needs and requirements. There are many Smart Home systems in the market today and it’s our job to make sure you get the correct system for your home and needs. Once we have designed your system, we will submit an exact price quote and specification sheets for you to review.

Installation

Once we have the complete system design, we will order your new Smart Home systems and get straight to work. We will assign a project manager to your project who will oversee the installation and walk you through the process. The project manager will also train you on the functions of you new system.
