The team came to give me an estimate and describe the smart home concept to me along with their products. They were kind and very helpful. Two weeks later, the installation team came. The installation process was very clean and smooth and the team taught me how to use all of the start devices. (Quite a feat for an inept IT user.) I had a wonderful experience with TD Smart Homes and would recommend them wholeheartedly. I have a SMART HOME now! I would use these guys again and again.

I previously hired someone to do some work in my condo which entailed installing a Nest thermostat and configuring the wiring for my smart TV/speakers. The experience was a nightmare, resulting in my losing money and the work not being done correctly. I contacted Daniel regarding the Nest (as this was now my top priority) and received a response within minutes. We exchanged emails as I let him know of my dire situation including the configuration of my current thermostat (which is a whole other story but beyond the scope of this review). Daniel was responsive throughout these exchanges and we scheduled an appointment a couple of days later.

The appointment was tentatively scheduled “around noon,” and Daniel asked for my phone number so he could keep in touch. We all know what this normally means – “around noon…[give or take a few hours.]” However, Daniel called me at 11:30 the day of our appointment to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived promptly at noon. In less than an hour my Nest was fully functioning, exactly as I wanted it. Further, Daniel took a look at the mess left by my previous contractor/electrician and offered some very helpful ideas as to how the setup could be improved and completed. I fully intend to engage with TD Smart Homes again given my experience thus far and I would encourage others to do the same.

I contacted TD Smart Homes to install outdoor security camera. My house does not have outside power outlet, so I asked them if they could somehow route the camera’s power cable inside my house. They responded to me right away with details about what they were going to do to install it with very reasonable quote, so I chose TD Smart Homes. They did a great job by doing exactly what I asked! Their work was very neat, too. I was very impressed so I even asked them to replace my old separated air conditioning and heat thermostat and install a Nest Thermostat to combine them. They did it at the same day! Both the camera and thermostat have been working without any problem since then. I highly recommend TD Smart Homes for their honest and professional work!
